Our Sugarhouse was built in the 1880's and even though we were the first Sugarmaker in the state of Vermont to have 100% Lead Free Pans, we still set them on the original 1930's Leader Evaporator Arch! In our opinion, Maple Syrup is the world's best all natural sweetener. There are no artificial flavors or preservatives. Maple Syrup comes in Four Table grades and is based on color. From lightest to darkest we produce Fancy, A-Medium, A-Dark, and B. All grades have wonderful flavor and are unique in their own right. Generally the the lighter the grade the more delicate the maple flavor; the darker the grade, the heartier the Maple Flavor!
